What if I need changes or new features later?
Small updates are part of maintenance. For bigger features, we define scope, agree on price, and I build it. If there will be at least 10 active clients, you can request a new feature and I will build it for you for free.
What if the build doesn't match what I need?
Scope is agreed before coding starts. You approve what gets built. If something is off against scope, I fix it.
Why does the price go up? Is this a trick?
No trick. Early clients get the best price because they are backing this earlier. As completed builds stack up, the price rises.
How long will it take to build the project?
It depends on the complexity of the project. I will give you a rough estimate when we agree on the scope and price. I target projects to be completed in 2 weeks.
Will I be ownder of the project?
No, you will not be the owner of the project. You will be the user of the project. You will have access to the project as regular user and you can submit new feature requests. You will also be able to cancel the subscription at any time.
How does free forever work?
When 15 active clients are on the platform, the yearly fee stops for YOU as a thank you for cooperating and trusting me early. If the number of active clients ever drops below 10, I will need to charge the original yearly fee again. You are always notified first.
What if I don't have a SaaS?
You can still reach out to me and we can discuss your needs and price. I will help you with the build and host it & maintain it for you.
If you add features that other people want, won't it get more complicated for me and more expensive over time?
If you ever feel things are getting too complicated as more features are added, I can run a special instance just for your needs—no bloat. And if there are 15 different active customers, your price stays the same forever, even with improvements. (If you prefer, just ask and I'll clarify details or split these options up for you!)
Do I have to always pay yearly?
No, you can pay monthly if you want. Just the initial build fee must be paid for a whole year.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Just let me know and I will cancel the subscription. You will still have access to the tool until the end of the current billing cycle.
What if I want to change the scope?
You can change the scope at any time. Just let me know and we will discuss the new scope and price.
